Well we believe nothing beats getting people together – more business is done, more relationships are built and people understand your brand better when everybody physically gets together. Everything we do at Paragon revolves around creating a LIVE experience and making sure that we know if it has worked and done what it needed to do for our clients.
Need to entertain clients or staff and build relationships – we know what works.
Need to create an event or incentive to reward staff, launch a new product, put on a conference or dinner, inform the internal or external world of something new – it’s what we do.
Need to create an experiential strategy or look at what to sponsor and how to bring it to life – we make it matter.
Need an athlete or broadcast personality to help bring your brand to life – it’s what we do.
Everything we do is LIVE, but, we also make sure that what we do can create content and experiences that can transfer into the wonderful digital and social world in which we live.
Paragon, Your One LIVE Partner.

Tassia first joined the team on a freelance basis in May 2017, but she impressed after successfully running our Question of Sport event and was offered a full-time position– we couldn’t let her go! She’s been in the events industry for over 10 years now and, although she’s originally from Brazil, you wouldn’t be able to guess from her accent… her big smile and friendliness give it away though! When not working, Tassia enjoys spending time with her friends and exploring what London has to offer (she’s a big foodie).

After her law degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and her working history with private law firms and investment banks, she’s putting her efforts into becoming the next big thing in events! Still relatively new to London, she loves nothing more than experiencing new places, finding the newest food markets and cocktail bars. In her spare time she enjoys bike riding, loves to travel and is never shy of a night out.
A keen Wycombe Wanderers supporter, Joe is part of our events team, building proposals for prospective clients and assisting the team with the extensive planning and organisation that goes into every Paragon-led event. Adding an extra dimension to an already lively office, Joe is currently studying for a Sports Management degree at Bournemouth University, from whom Paragon signed him on a season-long loan for his placement year. At weekends, Joe can be found in either the Chipperfield Corinthians FC midfield, the terrace at Adams Park or in one of Bournemouth’s nightclubs.
