Mike oversees the company, with over 15 years’ experience managing some of the world’s best sporting stars and being part of benefit years, sponsorship activation, and corporate hospitality. Mike is well placed to offer advice, direction and enhancements to a plethora of events. Away from Paragon he enjoys time with his young family and nurturing his kids to become the next sporting stars.

Based in Liverpool, Richard is still trying to perfect his Scouse accent! When away from his young family he spends his time completing the insanity workout plan.

Megan has over 8 years experience within Marketing and has worked within in 2 FTSE 50 companies, completed a degree in Management and Marketing and set up two companies, one of which specialised in Marketing Optimisation for small businesses. Megan has experience in PR, marketing strategy, digital marketing and PPC and plans her strategy using the Customer Partnership Model . Outside of Paragon, Megan can usually be found sampling new, old and up and coming bars and restaurants to extend her knowledge and her passion of food, wine and gin. To counteract that she also enjoys visiting the gym, playing golf (having lived in St Andrews) and competing in sporting challenges.

Viv’s role is in Event Management primarily looking after the large-scale events such as the Monaco VIP Club and our big dinners. Having worked for the British Universities Snow Sport  Council for two years where she did her largest and most enjoyable event; a week-long event called The BUSC Main Event held in Alpe d’Huez, France for 2,500 clients. After this Viv moved to France and worked at La Folie Douce heading up their VIP Events & Public Relations, perfecting her French at the same time! Now back in the UK her favourite event so far is An Evening With The Stars held at Battersea Evolution last year and Grosvenor House Hotel this year.  Outside of work Viv enjoys skiing, long distance running and keeping fit in the gym.

Paul

Paul is a former Professional Cricketer who represented Essex for twenty years and was an integral part of the successful team of the 80’s and 90’s. Paul as Head of Cricket is responsible for increasing and managing the player portfolio in Cricket and providing suitable sponsorship deals for clients. Paul also works across the Hospitality & Events areas of Paragon. As well as being a Member of the MCC, Paul passionately watches and follows West Ham United and is a keen golfer, with a handicap of 13. Paul is also a member at the Isle of Purbeck Golf Club.

Pamela joins Paragon as Event Manager and previously worked at the THG Group. With over 6 years’ experience she has held positions in South Africa, Portugal and Spain, prior to London, running events in over 12 countries including Mexico, Italy, Brazil and Poland. She has worked with brands including as De’Longhi, Ferrero Rocher, JTI, Samsung, ICTSI, Kimberly & Clark, Atkins and Siemens. She has also worked with a plethora of sport celebrities including Barrichello (former Ferrari F1 driver), Carlos Alberto Torres (captain of Brazilian football team in 1970 and World Champion), Jacques Villeneuve (former F1 driver) and Bruno Senna (Formula E driver). Her role at Paragon will include not only running the events for clients but also our own events including the Monaco GP day trip and renowned evening with the stars event in October.

Lech heads up the hospitality & events sales team at Paragon. His unique sales techniques capture potential clients attention which he attributes to his success. Outside of work Lech indulges in the London arts and culture scene, attending plays and pop up exhibitions. The life and soul of the party Lech, originally from Poland (although you wouldn’t know it with his British accent!) always has an interesting topic of conversation.

If not sipping on a cold beer John can either be found in the gym, on the golf course, watching sport or working on his tan in some exotic location.

Tom’s daily role involves generating new business and sales opportunities within the hospitality and events team. A keen cyclist, Newcastle United fan (for his sins!) and lover of all things Northern. His tipple of choice is a rum and ginger beer.

Joe

Joe is the newest member of the Paragon team and works within the events team helping to bring together many of the components that make the Events we run function smoothly. Joe cites the ‘Evening with the Stars’ as his favourite moment in events division thus far having worked with some of the amazing talent that graced the stage at the Grosvenor House, and assisted across various logistical elements of the event attended by 1000 guests. Joe is currently an undergraduate at Bournemouth University and is completing a placement year with Paragon as a contribution to a Sports Management degree. Having been a member of the famous BURFC rugby union team at University, he can mostly now be found on the rugby pitch in his home county of Hampshire at weekends, where he plies his trade as fly-half for Alton RFC.

When not at work Vinny is a keen footballer and supports Tottenham Hotspur, often going to matches home and away to cheer his team on. Having two sons Vinny spends a lot of his free time making shadow puppets and playing hide and seek.
