For the last 17 years the Paragon team has been providing our clients with our own unique brand of guidance, expertise and connections, delivering large scale and bespoke events across 5 continents and 23 countries around the globe.
Today, we have built an unrivalled portfolio, working with some of the biggest names in sport and broadcasting, and creating the best hospitality packages on the market. For those companies and individuals who require something more unique, our in-house events team run bespoke events throughout the calendar year.

Paragon started life in 2001 as the brainchild of renowned sports agent and Managing Director,
Mike Martin. As word spread, he was quickly joined by cricketing legend Phil Tufnell and award-winning businessman Greg Tufnell…
They quickly realised they had hit upon a unique combination, as Paragon started managing some of the biggest names in UK Cricket and Broadcasting. Seventeen years later, Paragon’s little black book includes household names such as Alastair Cook, Andrew Strauss, Simon Lazenby, Matt Dawson and Rachel Wyse (amongst many others!).
And, as our success grew, so too did our services…
In 2005, Paragon officially launched our sporting and corporate hospitality arm, using our sporting knowledge and talent connections to deliver hard to-get seats and hospitality packages for our favourite clients.
Today, our hospitality and events team work hand-in-hand and are all specialists in their own fields. Our connections and experience means we can support you on a huge range of hospitality requirements both home and abroad, whether you’re looking to plan a twelve month calendar of hospitality, a single VIP experience, an incentive travel trip or something more bespoke.
Mike oversees the company, with over 15 years’ experience managing some of the world’s best sporting stars and being part of benefit years, sponsorship activation, and corporate hospitality. Mike is well placed to offer advice, direction and enhancements to a plethora of events. Away from Paragon he enjoys time with his young family and nurturing his kids to become the next sporting stars.
Richard has been with Paragon for over a decade and day to day he is an integral part of the hospitality & events sales, marketing & operations, as well as being a valuable member of Paragon’s overall senior management teams. Based in Liverpool, Richard is still trying to perfect his Scouse accent! When away from his young family he spends his time completing the insanity workout plan.
Owen is the Director of Sales at Paragon, with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Since leaving University in Bristol with a degree in business, Owen has worked with some of the biggest brands in Sport, working mainly within corporate events. He has consistently generated significant growth at the 4 posts he’s held before Paragon, most recently at Harlequins, where he was the Commercial Manager. Prior to that Owen held positions at Ascot Racecourse and Museum of London. Outside of the office Owen is a keen Rugby fan and has a young daughter.
Lech heads up the hospitality & events sales team at Paragon. His unique sales techniques capture potential clients attention which he attributes to his success. Outside of work Lech indulges in the London arts and culture scene, attending plays and pop up exhibitions. The life and soul of the party Lech, originally from Poland (although you wouldn’t know it with his British accent!) always has an interesting topic of conversation.
Aurette, day-to-day balances the books of the business and is on top of all payments in and out of Paragon. Not your typical accountant Aurette enjoys a night on the town, is always up for a laugh and enjoys challenging herself at the gym.
Pamela joined Paragon as Senior Events Manager and previously worked at the THG Group. With over 6 years’ experience she has held positions in South Africa, Portugal and Spain, prior to London, running events in over 12 countries including Mexico, Italy, Brazil and Poland. She has worked with brands including as De’Longhi, Ferrero Rocher, JTI, Samsung, ICTSI, Kimberly & Clark, Atkins and Siemens. She has also worked with a plethora of sport celebrities including Barrichello (former Ferrari F1 driver), Carlos Alberto Torres (captain of Brazilian football team in 1970 and World Champion), Jacques Villeneuve (former F1 driver) and Bruno Senna (Formula E driver). Her role at Paragon will include not only running the events for clients but also our own events including the Monaco GP day trip and renowned ‘An Evening with the Stars’ event in November.
Amanda previously worked in the events industry for over 10 years organising a wide range of events, congresses, exhibitions and conferences. Amanda has previously held positions in Belgium, organising events around the world. Amanda speaks French fluently. Her role at Paragon includes running the bespoke events for clients as well as working on our own sports hospitality and key annual events, including the Monaco Grand Prix. Amanda loves travelling and discovering new places. Always up for a laugh, in her spare time she enjoys discovering London and having a good night out.
Tom comes to Paragon having served a number of work placements, most notably at Base Soccer Agency and Hibernian. Tom is an avid fan of Southampton FC, which led to him starting his own magazine in 2015. For this Tom was awarded the Richard Branson Prize of 2017, for entrepreneurship. In turn, Tom served an internship at Virgin working for a number of different arms of the Virgin business. In addition, Tom is a keen fan of horse racing and can regularly be found on the courses of Europe when he isn’t busy working hard.
Joe rejoined Paragon in 2018 after spending his placement year with the business as an Events intern. Having received a first class degree from Bournemouth University in Sports Management, Joe returned to Paragon in the sales team. He works as an Account Manager specialising in work with Construction businesses, uniting clients with hospitality and event solutions throughout the year. A keen fan of all sport, at weekends he can mostly be found on the rugby pitch in his home county of Hampshire, where he plies his trade as fly-half for Alton RFC.
Becca has been bought on-board for a completely new position aiming to ease the admin in the sales department and build strong relationships with our suppliers. Taking on new challenges is a hobby of hers and she can often be found putting her hand up to exciting/stupid opportunities such as sky diving and the three peak challenge – completed it mate.
Andy is the newest member of the Paragon events team and works to bring together many of the vital components that make the events we run function smoothly. Andy is currently an undergraduate at Bournemouth University and is completing a placement year with Paragon as a contribution to a degree in Sports Management. Having been a member of the notorious BUMHC hockey team at University, he can mostly now be found playing some form of sport or making the most of London’s nightlife.
