New Holland Incentive Trip

Paragon organised a VIP incentive trip for the 50 top dealers salesmen of New Holland Agriculture (a Brand of CNH Industrial N.V.) with a range of events in Nantes, France. Activities included a private tailor-made Cabaret Show, driving supercars such as a Ferrari around the Fay de Bretagne Circuit, ride on the World famous Grand Mechanical Elephant & Carrousel des Monde and wine tasting in a private Chateau featuring the owner of the Vineyard.

Paddy Power Euro 2016 Screening

Paragon organised a private screening in a fashionable London bar for 100 guests for the big England v Wales game. The event was commissioned to socialise with top customers and media and included a Q&A with former England strikers Emile Heskey & Teddy Sheringham, as well as Sky Sports’ host Rachel Wyse. We were delighted to be chosen to run the event after a competitive pitching process.

GEW Conference

Working Without Waste brings together a group of key suppliers to the label industry in an effort to resolve the main sources of waste in label printing and converting businesses.

Having started in November 2015 Paragon organised a European-wide roadshow consisting of a series of educational conferences. Each event was held in a different European city such as; Barcelona, Paris & Milan. Paragon looked after all aspects of the event; from the initial venue finding, travel logistics for attendees, online registration & website design and full event management on the day.

The required experience was a one day theatre-style event with catering throughout the day and an overnight stay. Paragon and our events team successfully ran the day allowing the Client to be able to enjoy the networking occasion without concern.


Iconic London: Bespoke Event

Paragon hosted 1,200 guests over 3 evenings aboard the exclusive Silver Sturgeon on the river Thames inspired by the launch and première of one of 2015’s top films. Guests enjoyed a cocktail reception followed by bowl food created by Jamie Oliver’s ‘fabulous feasts’. Meals included a slow-cooked steak with oxtail pie and a classic roast free-range chicken in a lemon and thyme marinade. Guests could experience a private booth on-board the boat which had its own butler service. They could also upgrade to a luxury ride with Champagne on the London Eye before arriving at the Silver Sturgeon. During the evening guests were treated to a thrilling hi-octane speedboat chase along the river, passing the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, County Hall and finally the MI6 Headquarters at Vauxhall.

The Iconic London evening included:

-Hi-octane speedboat chase along the Thames past key London landmarks

Entertainment on the night included actors from the film, a rib ride down the Thames and DJ. Guests were transported either by foot or in the vintage style London bus to the IMAX cinema where they walked down the red carpet which featured the latest supercars and hostesses on arrival. After a welcome drink they were given their welcome bag of a drink, popcorn and sweets for the film which had no adverts. The event was a huge success and was enjoyed by all.

Under Armour Wales RFU Sponsorship Activation

Paragon were appointed by Under Amour, international sports apparel and footwear brand, to deliver their sponsorship activation of their Welsh Rugby Union partnership during Rugby World Cup 2015. We were tasked with entertaining over 120 key retail partners over 2 events over 2 weekends of RWC; Wales v England and Wales v Australia, both at Twickenham.

The key was to create an experience that really lived and breathed the Under Armour brand and was truly Under Armour at every touch point. From the moment guests checked in at the hotel at the Under Armour check in desk, Paragon delivered an Under Armour experience. The day started at a central London hotel where guests were collected by an innovative transport option – the Under Armour branded experience bus – which was completely Under Armour branded and included a bar and DJ.

Before the match, guests were dropped at The Pigs Ear pub in Richmond which had been transformed both inside and out, into the Under Armour clubhouse with branding from the Under Armour RWC campaign and rugby activities including a tackle bag that measured the tackling power of guests. Rugby Internationals and brand ambassadors including Scott Quinnell and Jamie Cudmore were also in attendance to entertain guests and answer questions. After enjoying hearty pre match food and drink, guests were transferred by the Under Armour experience bus to Twickenham to enjoy the match. Post-match the group were collected again by the Under Armour experience bus and transported back to the hotel for a refresh before moving onto further post-match entertainment.

Allianz “Party at the Park” 125th Anniversary Celebration

After winning a competitive pitch, Paragon was appointed by Allianz to bring their 125th year anniversary celebration to life with the theme “Party at The Park”, held at Allianz Park in North London.

Over 2,000 staff attended the festival style event, with their families. There were  over 50 acts and activities on the day including a zorbing track, climbing wall, rugby training by members of the Saracens team, a performance by “Strictly Come Dancing” star Natalie Lowe, mini golf, massage areas and a cinema which showed all of the major sporting events on the day.

Paragon exceeded Allianz expectations with over 95% of attendees rating the event “excellent” or “very good”.

David Keel, Head of Communications at Allianz remarked “We were very impressed with Paragon’s creative approach to the brief, which included a theme, activities and entertainment that appealed to the wide range of guests that attended the event. What is even more impressive is that they were also able to manage the logistics of such a large scale event with skill and efficiency”.


Wates Budapest Incentive

Wates, one of the UK’s leading building and construction companies appointed Paragon to run an incentive trip for 42 guests. 

The guests flew Business class to Budapest from all across the UK on two days and were chauffeured on arrival by luxury cars to their hotel where Paragon provided their own check in desk.  On the first evening the guests enjoyed a private drinks reception with a welcome presentation before walking over the chain bridge to dine within the exclusive private room at the Fisherman’s Bastion. The next day guests experienced a private city tour before choosing an activity of their choice in the afternoon. Options included spa treatments at the Szechenyi thermal baths, a tour of the opera house, strudel tasting, a visit of Margaret island, a bringo tour or a visit to the house of horrors. After a busy afternoon guests were then given the option of having their hair professionally done prior to the opulent gala dinner in the evening. At the gala dinner guests got to enjoy a private performance by the Hungarian National Ballet before continuing the event with after dinner drinks. The incentive trip worked its magic and Wates were delighted with the experience.

BBC Children in Need – An Evening With The Stars

Paragon are very proud to organise the annual BBC Children in Need ‘An Evening with the Stars’ black tie event at the luxurious Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane. Paragon have seamlessly organised this for the past four years raising over £700,000 for this amazing charity.

In 2014 a record 1,200 guests walked up the glamorous red carpet to support the charity. World-class performances from the likes of Gareth Malone’s All Star Choir, Britain’s Got Talent’s Jack Pack, Tony Hadley from Spandau Ballet and “Legends of Sport do Strictly” stole the show. Guests enjoyed a five star delicious four course dinner with complimentary drinks and phenomenal entertainment. It is an evening like no other!

BBC Children in Need

Buxton Water

Paragon worked with Buxton Water on their partnership with the high-profile England cricket team. Looking to re-enforce their cricket positioning, Paragon worked with British brand, Buxton to create a partnership with cricketer Alastair Cook to help drive forward their sales and marketing objectives.

A campaign was created around Alastair to drive engagement between Buxton and their customers through above the line, below the line and digital channels which resulted in some lucky customers being able to meet the man himself, Alastair Cook. The ensuing campaign lead to positive retailer feedback and a positive end user sales impact.

QBE Autumn Internationals

QBE, sponsors of the iconic Autumn Rugby Internationals, tasked Paragon with managing the guest experience for their 2,000 hospitality guests. However, rather than delivering the standard hospitality box, Paragon created a unique and inspiring brand experience which went over and above traditional match day hospitality.

Paragon created an experience which drove QBE’s core messaging and values to ensure all of those that attended left with a lasting and positive impression of QBE.

The “We Mean Business Locker Room Experience” which gave QBE’s guests a taste of what it is like to prepare as a world class rugby player for an England International was developed, designed, and built by Paragon. The experience was rated “excellent” by over 90% of guests in the post-event survey and exceeded all set KPI’s.

Vodafone Hospitality Programme

Paragon were asked by Vodafone Group to create something special around the Wimbledon Finals weekend for their top 25 clients, customers and their partners.

The weekend commenced with a exceptional Gala Dinner in the top floor of the Gherkin with spectacular views across London which was hired out completely for all of the VIP attendees. The following day all guests were chauffeured to the All England Club in Wimbledon to enjoy exclusive, high-end hospitality on Men’s Finals Day with entertainment provided by tennis legends Annabel Croft, Greg Rusedski and Pat Cash.


Daikin Brazil Incentive

Daikin Air-conditioning appointed Paragon to arrange an incentive trip for some of their most successful staff and customers based around the 2014 Football World Cup in Brazil.

An incentive trip to two different destinations; Brasilia and Salvador was organised for 50 guests all flying from the UK to Brazil for five days. As well as fun-filled activities Paragon ensured that guests dined at high-end traditional restaurants and enjoyed delicious Brazilian food throughout their stay. Two Paragon event managers were present throughout the entire trip to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

Paragon worked with luxury clothing brand Austin Reed to launch and promote their new and exclusive private members club and personal shopping experience “Q Club,” located on iconic Regents Street.

Paragon created a partnership with cricket legends, Alastair Cook and Andrew Strauss to drive press and customer engagement with Q Club and to reflect Austin Reed’s quintessentially English style. The campaign resulted in creating significant press coverage for the Q Club launch as well helping to secure Austin Reed’s position amongst their audience as the premier gentleman’s outfitter.

In 2006 FedEx asked Paragon to organise an event where key UK and European clients and their guests could meet and socialise with C-Level executives from their UK and the US Headquarters.  Paragon put together a bespoke proposal for a 3-night trip to Edinburgh, centred around the world-famous Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

Guests arrived on a Thursday to be greeted by name at the airport by their executive driver.  They were transferred to their Castle-View rooms at the Balmoral Hotel and that evening enjoyed a private dinner at ONE, the Michelin-starred restaurant at the Balmoral.  On Friday we offered the guests a choice: a trip to the Gleaneagles resort for clay pigeon-shooting and golf at one of Scotland’s leading resorts, or a day of relaxation at the award-winning spa at the Balmoral.  And on Saturday, guests enjoyed the highlight of the weekend: VIP hospitality for the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, with the stunning show by military marching bands and performance artists from across the globe followed by a spectacular fireworks display.  Hospitality was located in the Scotch Whisky Heritage centre, where guests enjoyed a pre-dinner tour and tasting before their gourmet meal and escort to their Castle-facing seats for the Tattoo itself.

The success of the event is best displayed by the fact that FedEx have undertaken the same trip every year since, with some tweaks, such as golfing at St Andrew’s, to keep things fresh!  2016 will be their 11th consecutive trip to the Royal Military Tattoo!



Paragon Interxion Christmas Celebration

Interxion Christmas Celebration

Interxion, a leading data provider, approached Paragon about creating two unique Christmas parties, one for their customers and the other for their staff.

Paragon created a magical Christmas celebration for over 100 people in 2013 and 2014. Both years the Celebration took place over two dates.

2013 took place at Eight Members Club and The Boundary Restaurant. Guests were treated to stunning food, festive cocktails and top-class entertainment. Interxion were delighted with the results and feedback for the event from their customers and staff were excellent.

2014’s Customer Celebration took place at the sophisticated yet trendy ACE Hotel in Shoreditch, where customers were treated to canapés including Hoi Polloi burgers, Lobster rolls, cumin salted squid, prosecco and entertainment in the form of contortionists and hula performers.

The Internal Celebration took place at the edgy Far Rockaway also in Shoreditch where employees played Guitar Hero, Table Football and Scaoletrics and even tried their luck at the Casino. They ate churros, pizza and candy floss and danced the night away until carriages at 2.00am.

Both events were a huge success and met the objectives of the client.

Paragon JLT Speciality Leadership Conference

JLT Speciality, Leadership Conference

JLT Specially appointed Paragon to organise their Leadership Conference in February 2015.

Sopwell House, a luxury 5* star hotel, was chosen by the client from the several options that were presented to fit in with their requirement to be in or around the M25.

The hotel hosted 150 delegates for the conference, which included the company’s senior management team.

Paragon provided a full service from pre-conference venue and client liaising through to having two dedicated event staff on site over the two days.

Delegates arrived on the Wednesday evening at leisure in preparation for the main conference day on the Thursday which culminated in a Gala Dinner that evening for all attendees. Friday morning was set aside for a half day conference ahead of guests leaving after lunch.

MetLife wanted to raise awareness of their predominantly American brand in conjunction with its launch and expansion in the UK.

Paragon assisted in their global sponsorship programme with strategic advice and the setting of objectives for their campaign. After analysing target audience data and key objectives it was clear there was an obvious cross over with cricket as a key passion point for their target audience.

As part of the campaign, Paragon created a partnership program with legendary cricketer Andrew Strauss. As MetLife’s brand ambassador, Andrew had their logo on his bat for all matches he played which in turn lead to a significant increase in awareness of the MetLife brand across the UK market. Andrew reinforced the brand and its messaging through a series of appearances at key MetLife events with their key customers.

Paragon worked with BBC Sports Test Match Special to use ex cricketer and King of the Celebrity Jungle, Phil Tufnell as a Studio Analyst to bring his knowledge and humour to their coverage.

Phil commentated on over 30 occasions for BBC’s TMS across the English summer at England Tests and ODIs.

Interactive Data Conference

Paragon were proud to organise Interactive Data’s Annual Conference, held at the Grange St Paul’s Hotel.

350 delegates were welcomed to this stunning venue located ideally for the Client in the City in order to ensure ease of attendance for the delegates.

The required experience was a two day theatre-style event with overnight stay and an exceptional and exclusive Gala Awards Dinner on the first evening. Paragon and our events team created the theme and successfully ran the Dinner allowing the Client to be able to enjoy the networking occasion without concern.

From the feedback the next day, it was clear that the delegates were blown away by a talk from five time Olympic Gold Medallist Steve Redgrave who shared his experiences and stories in line with the theme of the conference.

The private hire of the Club TEN, a stylish, exclusive private members’ club in St Paul’s, also seemed to hit the right chord allowing for the delegates to unwind after the conference and dance the night away.


Clydesdale Bank

Clydesdale Bank were looking to extend the reach of their CB40 cricket sponsorship and raise awareness of the brand across the south of England.

Paragon put together an exclusive partnership package with cricketer Alastair Cook, which included the Clydesdale Bank logo on Alastair’s bat and a series of appearances and engagement opportunities with Alastair.

With the logo on Alastair’s bat in all formats of the game including tests, Clydesdale bank extended their cricket presence beyond CB40 and through the partnership they saw significant improvements in their brand awareness figures.

To extend the range to appeal to all ages Gray Nicolls chose cricket hero’s Andrew Strauss and Alastair Cook to use and promote their cricket bats and equipment whilst playing internationally.

The Captains’ Dinner

Paragon were proud to organise, host and manage The Captain’s Dinner at the iconic Tower of London with England Rugby Captain Chris Robshaw and England Cricketer, Alastair Cook.

Exclusive guests enjoyed a champagne reception within The White Tower followed by a mouth-watering three course seated dinner hosted by legendary ex rugby player Martin Bayfield. During the evening Martin invited Alastair Cook, Chris Robshaw, ex footballer Paul Merson and ex cricketer Graeme Swann up on stage for an insightful Q&A, full of behind the scene stories. Pub Landlord Al Murray provided excellent comedy to top off a memorable evening.

Paragon Walkers

Walkers Hospitality Programme

Walkers Crisps engaged Paragon to run two sports themed events for prizes for on-pack- promotions in connection with “Gary’s Great Trips.”

Consumers would collect tokens on promotional packets of crisps to claim VIP ‘money can’t buy’ experiences with sports stars. This would allow Walkers to leverage their association with top sporting names in engaging with their consumers. The competition would run for six months and culminate with two events for 20- 30 guests each. The events needed to be aspirational and draw fans of the sports into participating in the on-pack competitions.

Paragon put forward two of its high sort after events. Firstly 20 guests were treated to a Lord’s Cricket Experience with cricket legend and King of the Celebrity Jungle , Phil Tufnell and England cricketer Alastair Cook. This included a fun batting and bowling session in the nets at Lords with Alastair and Phil, a private tour including the England dressing room and the day was rounded off with dinner and drinks with the two players.

The second event was for 30 people and was a Rugby Experience at Twickenham with ex England rugby star Mike Catt and Welsh legend Jonathan Davies. Guests enjoyed a fun rugby session at Harlequins with the players before being taken of a private tour of Twickenham including the infamous England dressing room and a drinks reception in the player’s tunnel and pitch side before an exceptional gala dinner with Mike and Jonathan overlooking the pitch in the exclusive President’s Suite.

Marrakech Incentive

An advertising agency wanted to reward their top staff for the year’s work. As keen golfers, the group stayed in the newly refurbished golf suites at the Palmeraie Golf Palace in Marrakech. The group enjoyed a jeep safari to Richard Branson’s Atlas Mountain retreat – the Kasbah Tamadot – for lunch before being treated to a party in the desert. Highlights also included dinner at the magnificent Palais Soleiman and a party at Nikki Beach.
