To deliver a VIP incentive trip for the top 50 dealers of New Holland Agriculture.

When New Holland came to us with the brief of ‘reward those that make it happen for us’, we knew we needed to pull something special out of the bag. Having never worked with New Holland before, we worked to understand their brand and their product, so we could see what their culture was all about. We then went about delivering a truly unique incentive trip, which would reward their loyal dealers and make sure the industry were talking about New Holland for a long time.
After a number of exploration trips and location pitches, we settled on an activity filled and action packed trip to Nantes, a city on the Loire River in the Upper Brittany region of western France.
Activities included a private tailor-made Cabaret Show, driving supercars such as a Ferrari around the Fay de Bretagne Circuit, ride on the World famous Grand Mechanical Elephant & Carrousel des Monde and wine tasting in a private Chateau featuring the owner of the Vineyard.

The fact that you went round every table at every meal to check everything as ok and to chat with our guests, and then were genuinely interested in everyone’s story, even getting to know them by name… is very very rare to see.
The team went well and truly beyond the call of duty and, for me, it’s the first time I’ve seen anything like it in 24 years in the industry.
Even once we were on our way home – the number of dealers that got calls from the events team who were tracking every move on the journey home and updated them on any delays gave them reassurance which they never had before ever!
In a nutshell it was the company that made it happen but the people that made it GREAT! A big thank you and well done, I hope we have the opportunity to use Paragon more often if this is the normal standard that you deliver.”
