Harlequin joins Paragon

Paragon have appointed industry expert Owen Oxlade as their new Director of Sales to the event management, hospitality & talent management brand. Oxlade has over 10 years of experience in sales specialising in corporate events, with his most recent role coming at Harlequins, where he was Commercial Manager.

Mike Martin, Founder and CEO of Paragon said of Oxlade’s appointment ‘We’re delighted to have Owen on board as our new Director of Sales. Oxlade’s background largely comes working for major sporting brands, where as well as Harlequins, he was Account Manager at Ascot Racecourse, following their redevelopment in 2006, but he’s also worked in Sales for the Museum of London and the Royal Horticultural Society. Martin says this was key in Oxlade’s appointment as Paragon continue to provide market leading corporate hospitality solutions at sporting and non-sporting events.

Of his appointment Oxlade said ‘I’m really pleased to have joined Paragon and I am excited to see what I can bring to the business. Paragon have built up a really good reputation providing corporate hospitality and for their creation and implementation of event management services. When the opportunity arose to join them I didn’t have to think twice’.

Paragon, who have just ran the 7th ‘An Evening with the Stars’ which raised vital funds for Children’s charities including Rainbow Trust & BBC Children in Need have an exciting year ahead having just launched their Monaco Grand Prix Super Yacht for 2018. Paragon have also worked with several market leading brands on incentive travel and have flown over 700 delegates away to over 10 destinations in the past year.
