We made the cut! Shortlisted for a C&IT Award 2017

We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for INCENTIVE OF THE YEAR 2017 at the C&IT Awards.

On Friday (22nd of September) our proud team, and clients will be walking the red carpet to hear the result and raise a toast. Please keep your fingers crossed for us, we are extremely excited!

Over the past year our (already) award winning team have been delivering some of the most creative incentive travel programmes and events. They plough hours into researching the latest trends, attending events to keep up with new hotel and experience launches, and form relationships with some of the best suppliers in the world. Our team are so talented that we are delighted to be able to recognise it and share some of our unique ideas with you.

We have been shortlisted for an incentive trip we are particularly proud of, our journey to Nantes, France with client New Holland. 50 of the agriculture brands top dealers travelled with us to the home of Brie to enjoy activities which included a private tailor-made Cabaret Show (in English!), driving super cars including Ferrari’s around the Fay de Bretagne Circuit, a private wine tasting in a Chateau not accessible to the public with the owner of the vineyard and most impressively a private ride on the World famous Grand Mechanical Elephant & Carrousel des Monde.

Brian Magee, Sales Manager of New Holland had this to say on the trip:

“Now that we have had feedback from our dealers, I would just like to put quick thank you to Paragon for an exceptional trip. I must say from our first meeting on the preview trip through to the main incentive trip that the events team made me and our guests more than welcome from the outset. The standard of the trip and organisation of the visits and meals was exceptional and was very clear that a lot of research had been done prior to the proposal which we would have expected.
 
What made the trip move from a 9+ to a 10++ trip was the additional attention to detail, with little things like water on the coach, chocolates and sweets.

The last and most important thing that everyone commented on was the participation of the event managers with each and every customer. The fact that you went round every table at all meals and were genuinely interested in all the customers and even got to know them by name is unbelievable. It was great to see that Paragon staff socialised every night with the customers, which was beyond the call of duty and joined in with the fun which was a first in the 24 years I have been in the industry, and really impressed the customers.

The number of dealers that got calls from the events team who were tracking every move on the journey home and updated them on any delays gave them reassurance which they never had before ever!

In a nutshell it was the company that made it happen but the people that made it GREAT, a big thank you and well done, I hope we use Paragon more often if this is the normal standard that you deliver.
